Tasting comments
With a beautiful clear golden color, the wine has a light and creamy mousse The nose first notes spices and further an intense woody touch of vanilla and liquorice, then scents of hay and dry lime to finish with a lemon touch. When we drink it, KORESKA-GILLET Brut Coral Champagne offers a beautiful wooded freshness, followed by aromas of cinnamon, coriander, coffee and raisins to finally make room to a final touch of vanilla caramel.
Side dishes
Matches subtly with river fish or desserts.
