These vineyards are cultivated in the greatest Champenoise tradition and all the grapes involved in the production of KORESKA-GILLET Champagne, come from the fields belonging to these families since the mid-nineteenth century. Benefiting from the best South and South-East sun exposure, our producers wait for the optimum time to harvest the grapes, by measuring on a daily basis, the sugar content of the grains from our plots, with the help of a refractmeter. Thereafter, throughout the production process of our Champagne, the wine takes its time to mature and gain the specific smells and flavors of the KORESKA-GILLET Champagne.
