An Armagnacaise still with a one way distillation process with an alcohol percentage of 56 %.
Ageing:
5 years in oak casks.
% of alcohol: 40% vol. Tasting notes:
Yellow gold amber colour and very clear.
Complex and strong nose, giving floral notes with a characteristic perfume of plums.
Very good balance in the mouth, endowed with a suave vanilla taste showing notes of crystallized fruits which is very rare to find in a VSOP.
